Hollow Knight: Zoteboat
(Warning: Game has no save system. It's only like 30-40 minutes though so it should be fine.)
Play as Zote the Mighty, a knight of great renown, as he sets sail across the ancient sea of Holul. His goal, to catch all the fish that he can, and obtain glory for himself! Catch fish, buy upgrades, unlock new zones, read lore, and repeat until you've pulled up every fish in the sea!
-----
The controls are mostly explained in game, but in case you missed them:
Space to cast your rod, and space again when a fish is on your hook to begin catching it.
Left shift to un-cast your rod.
Arrow keys to perform the minigame; match the directions shown on screen!
Click on the tabs to open and close them, then click on the buttons to buy upgrades, unlock/change areas, and read lore.
-----
This is a Hollow Knight fangame. All credit for the character of Zote, Zote's sound effects, and the music playing in the background, goes to them. If you haven't played the original game yet, please go do so, it's amazing.

Hey, can't start the game through the itchio launcher, so I played it with Chrome instead.
If you want to fix it the bug, here is the error code :
Unable to parse Build/Zoteboat v2.5.framework.js.br! This can happen if build compression was enabled but web server hosting the content was misconfigured to not serve the file with HTTP Response Header "Content-Encoding: br" present. Check browser Console and Devtools Network tab to debug.
And in this thread they seem to give out an easy fix :

Thank you for letting me know about this! I didn't even know there was an itch.io launcher before your comment. I've disabled compression, which seems to have solved the issue, so it should be compatible with the launcher now. (If anyone encounters any issues that might be due to this, please let me know!) Sorry about not getting to this sooner, was busy with finals and irl stuff the past few weeks so I didn't see this until now. Thanks again for letting me know!
Just tried it, I can confirm, it works flawlessly. No worries and thanks for taking care of it.
The launcher is better for organization than just dumping all itchio games in a folder and its nice to have a layer of protection against potential trojans.
This was a god game :
